Yes, the Adopters Fan Club is £5 per month, in addition to your original adoption donation.
Adopters Fan Club donations go directly to our charity and are treated as general donations, meaning they support the areas where help is needed most. With rising costs across animal feed, veterinary care and utilities, your monthly support helps us cover essential day-to-day care and keeps the sanctuary running — ensuring your adopted animal has a safe, loving home for life.
No – the Adopters Fan Club isn’t designed to replace adopting an animal. Instead, it’s an optional extra for existing adopters who would like more updates on their rescued animal’s life here at the sanctuary.
You’ll get access to your 10% discount code right away in your welcome email, then we’ll send the video towards the end of each month.
The videos and photos will be sent by email, just like the updates you already receive.
Yes! Each video will be tailored to your adopted animal and the friends they live with here at the sanctuary.
If your rescued animal is unwell and needs a little extra space, meaning we’re unable to film a video that month, we’ll share a more general update featuring their friends instead. In the sad event that your adopted animal passes away, we will let you know via email and you can choose to receive updates on another animal instead, if you wish.
We’ll share all about your adopted animal’s life here at the sanctuary – where they live, what they eat each day, their daily routine and how it changes with the seasons, their natural behaviours, their friendships, their likes and dislikes, and much more!
