Order before 4pm on this date to receive your item before Christmas. All items ordered after this date are likely to arrive after Christmas.
Digital Vouchers: Digital vouchers or adoptions can be ordered up until 12pm on Tuesday 23rd December and will be emailed the same working day. After this time, all vouchers will be sent after Christmas.
Our Admin team will be taking a well-earned break over Christmas, so any emails or orders sent between Wednesday 24th and Monday 29th December will be picked up once we’re back. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
On rare occasions, Royal Mail delays or seasonal backlogs can affect delivery times, and unfortunately these are outside of our control. If your order hasn’t arrived by Monday 22nd December, please just drop us an email at info@goodheart.org.uk we’ll be happy to send you a digital gift voucher to give to your recipient while your parcel makes its way to you.
As a small charity, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that don’t arrive before Christmas, and we really appreciate your understanding. And finally, please be kind to our team – if a parcel goes missing, we promise it’s not for lack of care on our part!
Due to customs issues, we are currently unable to post items to countries outside the UK.
