Charlie and Dougall join the flock

Remember Charlie and Dougall- the tiny, fragile lambs? Well, they’ve soon grown into strapping young men!​

When they first arrived, Charlie and Dougall were so young and frail that we weren’t sure they’d pull through. Thankfully, the care and attention of the Sanctuary team saw them gain strength and confidence every day. 

Now, they’re big enough to be out in their new field with our grown-up flock, and they’re absolutely loving it. They have joined some of our older ewes, and these wise ladies are doing a brilliant job of looking after the youngsters.

Even now Charlie and Dougall are out with the grown-ups, they still come running for a cuddle (and a shoulder rub, of course!).
